Esthetic Dentistry

Dr. McCartin prides himself in providing the ultimate in quality esthetic dentistry.  Since 1990, the practice has only placed white, tooth-colored restorations (fillings), using only the highest quality materials and most up-to-date techniques.  In the early 1980's, a revolution was occurring in dentistry with the advent of bondable porcelain restorations.  Since the 1980's, Dr. McCartin has placed DenMat Cerinate Veneers and crowns with most of the restorations still functioning.  Dr. McCartin has recently received advanced training in the most recent developments in prep-less porcelain veneers, the Lumineers by DenMat.

Dr. McCartin is also trained in the joint based occlusion innovated by Dr. Mark Piper, and received advanced training at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies in St. Petersburg, Florida.  With this training, Dr. McCartin can provide you with the most advanced, predictable treatment from a full mouth reconstruction to an accurate, complete denture, adding a youthful look to anyone's appearance. Dr. McCartin has had the opportunity to study with world reknowed esthetic dentist, Dr. John Cranham, at the Mid Atlantic Center for Advanced Dental Studies and has incorporated Dr. Cranham's proven techniques into his armamentrium.
